This notice explains what personal data we handle through this website, why, and for how long.

01Data controller
The controller is the company named in the imprint above, reachable for privacy matters at the e-mail address given there.
02What we collect
Only what you enter in the quote form: your name, e-mail address or phone number, the addresses of the move, the intended date and size, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
03Why, and on what basis
We use the data solely to answer your quote request and to carry out the service. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
04How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for up to 12 months. Where a contract follows, accounting law requires us to keep the related records for 8 years. After that the data is deleted.
05Who else sees it
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Only our hosting provider and the e-mail service used to deliver quote requests process it on our behalf.
06Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Hungarian authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.) or to a court.
07Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed to function. Analytics or marketing cookies would be set only with your separate consent.
